Treatments are carried out in a fully equipped, luxurious air-conditioned conservatory in tranquil surroundings and are usually between fifty minutes and an hour in length. The cost for a treatment is £35.00 

I trained as a Reflexologist through the British School of Reflexology, the pioneers of Reflexology in the UK & Europe. I qualified in 2004, gaining distinctions in all disciplines. I am also a member of The International Federation of Reflexologists Membership of these organisations means that my practice is fully insured and regulated by them. As such, my qualifications and membership of these associations are recognised by many private healthcare companies.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a safe, simple, natural healing science. It is based on the principle that there are minute reflexes in the feet (and hands) which relate to every organ and structure of the body. By using a refined pressure to these minute reflexes in turn, it creates a stimulating effect throughout the whole body. The release of the body’s own pain killers, endorphins, is stimulated. Through the application of the specific technique the reduction in congestion, inflammation and toxins is encouraged.

Reflexology is particularly beneficial in relieving a variety of common ailments such as Asthma, Bronchitis, Back pain, Allergies, Sinus congestion, Insomnia, Digestive problems, Pre-menstrual tension, Arthritis and many Stress-related conditions. Above all, great relaxation is experienced on a very deep level, improving blood circulation and helping to promote the body’s own self healing ability.

Reflexology has been used for centuries. Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics, dating bank to 2330BC were discovered in the physician’s tomb at Saqqara depicting pressure being applied to small areas of the feet and hands.
